Each pack is encouraged to use this single card to recognize each webelos scout as he earns the arrow of light rank, this is the highest rank a cub scout can earn. There are spaces on the card to enter the cubs name, den number or name, pack number, date he earned it, webelos den leader and cubmaster signatures. Use this to recognize the cub scout during your monthly pack meeting.
