Bear Cub Pocket Certificate, Single

Each pack is encouraged to use this single card to recognize each cub scout as he earns the rank of Bear. There are spaces on the card to enter the cub's name, den number or name, pack number, date he earned it, den leader and cubmaster signatures. Use this to recognize your cub scout during the monthly pack meeting. This is designed to be completed using an ink pen. This is an alternatitive to the 8-sheet card, 34221.
