This card is for the newest Aquatics training for Scouting Leaders. This is in addition to the "Safe Swim Defense" not replacing it. This training should be coordinated through the council as requirements are signed off by authorized personnel from the council. Each pack is encouraged to use this single card to recognize each webelos scout as he earns the arrow of light rank, this is the highest rank a cub scout can earn. There are spaces on the card to enter the cubs name, den number or name, pack number, date he earned it, webelos den leader and cubmaster signatures.
