Each troop is encouraged to use this card to recognize every Scout as he completes the requirements and earns the privilege to carry a pocket knife. There are spaces on card to enter Scout's and scoutmaster's names. This card is to be in the possession of a Scout any time he carries a pocket knife or uses a hand axe during a Scout outing.
