Each troop is encouraged to use this card to recognize every Cub Scout when he completes the requirements for any of the Sports and Academic Belt Loops and/or Pins. There are spaces on card to enter pack name, Cub Scouts's name, award title earned, check box for correct category, date earned, and unit leader signature.
