The "God and Family" program is the third program in the God and Country Series and is designed for youth in grades 6-8. The God and Country Series is a program of the church. The goals of this program are: to strengthen young people in their relationship with Christ, to learn about and participate in the worship and ministry of the church, to make a plan for daily Bible reading, to memorize a creed or statement of belief or passage of scripture, to experience the joy of serving others and to record their faith journeys by making a video or photo album. The "God and Church" program uses a "journey" as its theme. The Student workbook in this program is required and will be presented to the pastor for final approval. This "God and Church" student workbook is designed to be used with the "God and Church" Counselor manual which provides the resources needed to successful complete the curriculum. The Adult Mentor Program is designed to help you look specifically at what it means to serve as a Christian mentor. It gives you suggestions for being a positive, Christian influence on your child. The Counselor workbook is designed for use by the pastor or by an individual appointed by the pastor.
