Returned Goods Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You are the final judge of our products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any item purchased from the Boy Scouts of America, you can either exchange the item for a replacement or receive a full and complete refund. No questions asked.

You can return or exchange any item purchased through any Boy Scouts of America online store by mail. Click on a topic below for more detailed information.

Returning Online purchases by mail:

  1. Complete the Return/Exchange Section Form on the back of the Order/Shipping Receipt with your order. To re-order, complete the Reorder Form on the back of the Order/Shipping Receipt and send it back with your return package. For more information about returns, call us at 1-800-323-0732.
  2. Send your package back using the shipper of your choice to the appropriate address below. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise being returned. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return has processed.

  3. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges). Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Returns with an online Order Receipt:

We will refund the purchase price on the online Order Receipt or store receipt as follows:

Returns without an online Order Receipt:

We will provide a gift card or gift certificate in the amount of the purchase.

Timeline for returns:
If, at any time, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply exchange it or return it to us for a refund.


Refunding Shipping and Handling Charges:
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges placed on catalog or online orders.
