Webelos Activity Pocket Certificate, Single

Each pack is encouraged to use this single card to recognize each Webelos Scout as he earns one of the 20 activity badges available. There are spaces on the card to enter the cub's name, activity badge earned, den number or name, pack number, date he earned it, webelos den leader and cubmaster signatures. Use this to recognize the webelos during your monthly pack meeting. This single card is used to recognize a Webelos Cub Scout who earned any one of the twenty activity badges available. This card is designed to be completed using an ink pen. This is an alternatitive to the 8-sheet card, 33423.
